Thank you for your interest in attending Visit Virginia Day at the University of Virginia! We’re so excited at the opportunity for you to visit that we’d like to help with the cost of your travel. All students invited to Visit Virginia Day can apply for travel grant funds which provide reimbursement of transportation to and from Charlottesville.

Travel grant applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be awarded if funding is available.

If you are selected for the travel grant, we are excited to offer reimbursement via Zelle, a fast and easy way to receive money directly into your bank account. If you will not be able to register for Zelle, we can process the payment through PaymentWorks which sends funds via a paper check or direct deposit. Please note this process will take longer, delaying your reimbursement, and will require additional information from you after you visit.

If selected for the travel grant, what email address would you like us to use for sending the reimbursement via Zelle? It can already be linked to a Zelle account, or you can enroll after we send the payment.
